Many financial management firms use investment models derived from historical data, applying detailed statistical analysis to the past. In contrast, Resource Consulting Group, Inc. uses tools to identify emerging market trends, so as to make prudent tactical choices for each client risk group. Specific markets that have performed well in the past may no longer be the place for the most attractive future growth. For this reason, Resource Consulting Group, Inc. continually seeks global opportunities for favorable risk-adjusted returns appropriate for each portfolio and set of client objectives. Recognizing the unique and changing financial needs of each client over time, Resource Consulting Group seeks to offer a collaborative and fresh approach to planning for future income, asset growth, and tax strategies that are designed to take advantage of changing market and economic conditions.

Our Compensation for Wealth Management

Client assets are primarily managed on a "fee basis" by our internal team through an asset management platform offered by an independent broker-dealer, FSC Securities Corporation, member FINRA/SIPC. Asset management fees are automatically calculated and withdrawn quarterly by the custodian from client accounts, with the fee calculation tied to the cumulative market value of all immediate family-related accounts. As your asset values grow over time, so will our business revenue to support our team’s evolving service commitment to you...and unfortunately, vice versa during times of temporary declining values. Our asset management fee schedule will be clearly explained to you during your initial consultation, reflecting multiple breakpoints for lower fee percentages at varying dollar amounts of investment value. On a smaller scale, when deemed appropriate for specific client needs, some investment and/or insurance products may be utilized from which our firm receives a commission in lieu of a fee.

Additionally, compensation may result from the provision of our professional services in the form of renewal commissions, 12b-1 (or trail) fees on non-retirement, non-discretionary accounts, and / or from a client referral agreement.

Custody of Your Assets

Resource Consulting Group, Inc. does not hold custody of any client investment assets. Alternatively, our RCG advisors (who are also licensed as representatives of an independent broker-dealer, FSC Securities Corporation, member FINRA/SIPC) utilize multiple institutions to serve as third party custodians for retirement accounts, brokerage accounts and for any non-traded alternative investments. The safekeeping of your financial assets is of utmost importance to us at all times.

Resource Consulting Group has also developed strategic alliances with key professionals, including estate attorneys, tax accountants, healthcare consultants and family counselors, who can provide complementary services to our planning recommendations as needed.

Our goal is to help clients compound greater wealth over time by utilizing investment strategies that seek to better manage risk. Since large investment losses can hurt performance more than large gains help, we believe wise investors can enhance asset growth via better downside risk management. Therefore, our strategy is designed to capture a portion of the upside in bull markets, with a goal of avoiding larger losses during bear markets.
